TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• *Please describe your character carefully then write down them onto your request note.

• *I have the right to decline your commission if i don't feel comfortable drawing it.

• *No rude words or trolling.

• *Please no tracing, copying, editing, stealing, reselling on commercial purposes.

• *I refuse to work on AI generated characters. 

• *I have the right to upload finished commissions on my websites/Gallery.

• *I have the right to print and sell art book using all the commissioned art but will be asking for the commissioner for approval first.

• *For personal commissions, the character credit is belonged to you totally, you may use it for everything but only NON-PROFITING purposes. 

• *For commercial artwork, price are 2x~2.5x the cost of the noncommercial ones.

• ​

• *You must have detailed description/concept for character design orders. Unless we have worked with each other before, I will not accept unsure ideas even if you say I can have fully artistic choices.

• *You are not allowed to change your order(s) or anything else after the sketch is passed.

• *You are not allowed to change your order(s) to different char(s) / design(s) after I accept your commission(s). A few minor changes can be reconsidered if they're reasonable enough and don't affect my work schedule.

• *When giving feed back, please do not "fix" my drawing by drawing on the top of it, please point things out by words or circle the specific parts you would like to fix.

• *If you request big changes for concepts, large amounts of details (because of the your unclear descriptions or sudden mind changes) after the sketch is done, you will be charged for extra.

• *For the concepts, designs you rejects/ request to change while working on character design with me, you are not allowed to resell, gift, reuse for any purposes, you can not use those for references either.

• *You can resell the designs you got from me (for non commercial purposes) but the price has to be equal or lower than the original commission price.

• * You are NOT ALLOWED to use or resell my work as NFT's.

• * You are NOT ALLOWED to put my work in any AI generator.

• * You are NOT ALLOWED to alter my artwork in any way, shape, or form (drawing on top of my art, tracing them, or cutting them into L2D models)

• *PLEASE NOTE "COMMISSION FOR SAMMI" WHEN SHIPPING MONEY.

• *Please pay first ( full or at least half payment , the rest of payment should be sent in the process) , then I will do the commission , in case that you changed your mind when I already finished it.
